Waiver on your results

Tuition fee waivers are awarded on your combined SSC and HSC results. In the morning batch the waiver runs from 75% up to 81% as your GPA rises, and a Golden A+ in both SSC and HSC earns a full 100% tuition waiver. There is also a 40% waiver on the admission fee. Conditions apply and the exact waiver depends on the batch you join.

Engineering you can practise

Mechanical Engineering runs on a tri-semester calendar across 160 credits over four years. Classes are held at the Panthapath campus, where dedicated engineering laboratories let you work on real machines and materials alongside the theory.

A schedule that fits

Classes run in three batches: morning, evening and Friday. Students joining straight after HSC usually choose the morning batch, but if you plan to work or study alongside, the evening and Friday batches are open to you as well.

Who can apply

  • HSC or equivalent, Science group
  • Higher Mathematics at HSC
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 in SSC
  • Minimum GPA 2.50 in HSC
  • O and A Level accepted
  • GED and SAT accepted

Children of freedom fighters are eligible with a combined SSC and HSC GPA of 5.00 with authenticated proof, and receive a 100% tuition waiver. Further waivers are available for siblings, group admission and female students on application. On a different background?
